Who We Are

Jim has had over 80 hours and 6 months of intense training in family law and divorce real estate, to become a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert. He has worked with divorcing homeowners in a neutral, 3rd party capacity, to ensure they have a successful outcome. As a CDRE, Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert, Jim is held to a higher code of ethics than a typical realtor. Jim has testified in court as an expert witness.

Jim grew up on a family dairy farm in Northeast Ohio where he learned that the value of honest, hard work and teamwork is the cornerstone of his success. Jim is now now applying that farm based knowledge and teamwork belief, along with his engineering experience at Honda, by employing a "from the ground up approach". During his first meeting with future clients he comes up with a detailed blue print (our plan of attack) to help them achieve their desired outcome.

Jim is a graduate of The Ohio State University and spent 20 years at Honda of America, on the manufacturing side working as an assistant manager in Product Engineering Department from 1985-2006. His main function was project manager for new model development for the Civic & Accord platforms.

Other Specialties: I have several designations in the real estate field and have been specially qualified to help homeowners who are facing a foreclosure or negative equity situation with their current residence. Jim earned his CDPE, Certified Divorce Property Expert designation in 2008 has closed the most short sales in Union County
