About the neighborhood
Marysville's busiest new-construction community.Skybrook is Marysville's largest active new-construction subdivision — a Fischer Homes single-builder community with homes ranging from the low $300,000s for compact patio ranches up past $600,000 for larger four- and five-bedroom homes. Located on Marysville's southwest side in the Marysville Exempted Village School District, Skybrook feeds Edgewood Elementary and has been the busiest new-build market in Union County for the past two years — 107 homes have closed here in 24 months, more than any other Marysville subdivision. The Fischer Homes Skybrook lineup spans three distinct product types: garden ranches (1,200–1,800 sqft, low $300s to low $400s), mid-size two-story family homes (2,000–2,500 sqft, $410K–$510K), and larger four- and five-bedroom homes (2,500–3,500+ sqft, $550K–$700K). Lots average just over a tenth of an acre — compact by Marysville standards but consistent with what new-construction buyers expect from a planned community of this scale. A covered picnic pavilion anchors the community, with active development still underway as Fischer releases new phases. |
