About the neighborhood
A small, established move-up neighborhood.Hickory Run is one of Marysville's smaller, more established neighborhoods on the city's southwest side — roughly 60 single-family homes tucked along Hickory Gate Drive and Fox Run Drive. Built primarily between 2003 and 2008 by Regent Homes along with a handful of local custom builders, the subdivision has aged into a quiet, low-turnover community of owner-occupied homes on lots that are noticeably larger than the Marysville average. The median lot here is just over a third of an acre, with several reaching nearly a full acre. What sets Hickory Run apart is the combination of small scale and premium pricing. Homes commanded a median $450,000 over the past 12 months at $233 per square foot — the highest price-per-foot of any established Marysville neighborhood — and they tend to sell quickly, with a median 8 days on market. Locally Hickory Run is consistently positioned as a "move-up" destination: buyers come here when they're ready to step up from a starter neighborhood, and they tend to stay. Five minutes to Marysville Golf Club and The Ridge, 15 minutes to Dublin, and direct US-33 access to Honda and Columbus. |
