Built primarily between 2002 and 2017, the community is laid out along quiet loops just off State Route 4, with mature landscaping, sidewalks throughout, and a 9-acre preserve with a pond tucked inside the subdivision itself. Most homes are 3- or 4-bedroom single-family homes ranging from roughly 1,200 to 4,200 square feet, on lots averaging just under a quarter acre.
