I’m Jim West, a real estate professional who brings a unique blend of discipline, strategy, and small-town values to every transaction. My journey started on a large Holstein dairy farm, where I learned the importance of hard work, responsibility, and community from a young age. Those early lessons stuck with me through college at The Ohio State University, where I earned a business degree, and throughout my 25-year career in engineering at Honda.

Engineering taught me how to analyze data, solve complex problems, and deliver precise results—all qualities I now apply to helping clients navigate the real estate market with clarity and confidence.

Since 2004, I’ve been using my deep understanding of systems, processes, and people to help home buyers and sellers make smart, informed decisions. Whether you're relocating, upsizing, downsizing, or facing a major life transition like divorce, I’m here to provide expert guidance, clear communication, and results you can count on.

I am also a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE), and as a CDRE,  I specialize in working with divorcing homeowners who need a neutral, knowledgeable professional to guide them through the sale of the marital home. Divorce is one of the most emotionally and financially complex real estate situations a person can face. My training gives me the legal, financial, and emotional awareness to handle these transactions with the care and clarity they require. I work closely with homeowners, attorneys, and mediators to ensure all parties are supported and the home is sold in a way that’s fair, efficient, and respectful.  

I’ve lived and worked in the Marysville area for decades, and I truly love this community. Revolution Realty was born in the Heart of the Central Ohio.  With dreams, a vision and passion for people, Broker/Owner Eric Brunney took a leap of faith and launched Revolution Realty in 2015.
